Mission Country Escrow is owned by Troy and Kathleen Brown. Together, they have more than three decades of service in the real estate industry. Their philosophy is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Mission Country Escrow's officers and support personnel have the experience, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment necessary to give you the best service with a smile. And best of all, we will close your escrow.

Kathleen "Katie" Brown (Escrow Officer/Manager)

I guess you can I was "raised" in escrow, as I grew up the oldest of 4 children whose mother co-owned Mission Country Escrow. I learned the ins and outs of escrow starting as a young teen filling in during the summer months. I became the office courier once I got my driver's license and then became the receptionist in the afternoons after school got out during high school. I am proud to work for a family company that is in all areas of escrow, including creative financing or AITDs, REOs, and standard re-sales. I run all of the "back-office," and I cherish the small dedicated group that we have working here.

I've been in the escrow business for over thirteen years and take pride in the quality of work done by Mission Country Escrow. The job of an escrow officer is a highly responsible one. As escrow officers, we ensure the timely deposition of funds and execute the process of accurately completing the legal paperwork necessary for the successful closure of a real estate transaction. Every transaction is important. I've worked in real estate in various capacities for over 25 years. Educated and born in San Diego, many doors opened for me to learn what I could do best to meet the needs of others in real estate.
